MY STATS AGE.......................45-60 EYES.....................Brown HAIR......................Silver HEIGHT..................5' 9" WEIGHT.................180 CONTACT..............Danielacts@aol.com After nearly 30 years of working for the State of California as a civil servant, I am now ready to fulfill a long standing dream of being an actor. I have dabbled in the industry as a background actor (extra), and have worked on commercials for Visa, IBM, E-Trade and Nike. I have survived the cutting room floor in such projects as ER, 7th Heaven, Ally McBeal, Winchel (an HBO movie), and Man on the Moon. For the present time I am content to work as a background actor (extra), as I am non-union, and I do not have an agent. I am registered at a few casting agencies including Cenex, Extra, Extra, Hollywood OS, the Casting Couch, and Debe Waisman Casting. During those 30 years I lived primarily in Long Beach, CA, and for the past 22 years, in the Condo that I live in now. I have been married for the past 26 years (to the same woman... I'm ready to call Ripley's about that any day now). We have no children, 3 cats. I plan on remaining in Long Beach indefinitely. ANCIENT HISTORY I was born in a small town in PA to Italian parents. I had a normal childhood there, with all the usual activities. I was voted the friendliest person in my freshman and senior classes and participated in student council, honor society and various clubs, but NOT in any drama or choral groups. Following High School I was off to a Catholic College in Erie, PA where I studied Math, earning a BA degree. I was active in a quasi-religious, social help group, the Thomas More Club. This led to my joining the United States Peace Corps and being sent for two years to Ethiopia, as a Math and Physics teacher. Upon my return I attended Cal State University, L.A. and achieved a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Immediately after graduation, I landed the job with the State.
